Here, CindysAvonBoutique.com is in the first of over 900,000 web pages that match the search string. That is better than the top .001%! A very nice place to be!

Any place in the first 3 pages is a good place to be, and CindysAvonBoutique.com is now lower down on the first page. Competition among those who update their websites often for the first page on any return from a googel.com search is a full time job, I don't work at keeping the first spot on the page, but can pretty much get your website in the first 3 pages for your most important search terms.
